Villa Aguaviva - walkable to restaurant/shop

Villa Aguaviva offers a countryside feel with beautiful far reaching views, yet its only a 5-minute walk to the nearest restaurants and just 5-minutes drive from Gale Beach. It is a bright sunny villa with a great garden and pool - as well as a separate children’s splash pool!

There’s a selection of cafe-bars, restaurants and a supermarket all within walking distance. The bright, sunny villa is set in spacious well-kept gardens and has four air-conditioned bedrooms - one double on the ground floor, and three twins on the first floor. All four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and there is a further guest WC on the ground floor. The ground floor bedroom has patio doors leading to the terrace and down to the pool. The upstairs bedrooms all have patio doors leading to a balcony or Juliette balcony with distant views of the surrounding countryside.

The large, open-plan living/dining room has plenty of natural light thanks to the full-height patio windows which run the length of the property and overlook the rear garden and pool. Doors from the dining room lead to further exterior dining under the covered terrace. There’s also a fully fitted modern kitchen on the ground floor. Outside, the villa has a good-sized private swimming pool with integrated walk-in steps.

There is also an adjoining octagonal shallow pool with seating, ideal for a relaxing cool-down, or for children to splash and play. The villa has easy access for exploring the local area, with an abundance of beautiful beaches, many great restaurants, attractions, and the more vibrant old town of Albufeira.

Properties in this area source their water from a well which is perfectly good for washing, but we recommend bottled water only for drinking and teeth brushing. Wi-Fi included and the house has Satellite TV/Cable channels.
