The villa Is ideally located just 800 yards from Falesia Beach, known to be one of the finest beaches in the Algarve with incredible red cliffs. You'll be within walking distance from the center of Aldeia de Açoteias, with several shops, restaurants, and a mini market. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge, pool heating, and WiFi are included.

Set in the heart of Acoteias, you'll be within walking distance of a number of restaurants, shops, and a mini-market. This 6-bedroom detached villa is a beach lovers' paradise, with only a 10-minute stroll downhill from Falesia Beach. This stretches 3 miles along the beautiful shoreline with stunning high cliffs and soft golden sand. What's more, this villa is a perfect choice for golf lovers; a 10-minute walk uphill or a short drive away is the spectacular Pine Cliffs 18-hole golf course with great sea views. For a more social atmosphere visit the nearby resorts of Vilamoura and Albufeira, where you can take your pick from the bars and restaurants that look out over the glitzy yachts.

We absolutely loved this villa and would definitely stay here again. It's in a great location. Quiet but only a short walk to a supermarket, restaurants and shops. We were a family of seven adults and two children. The villa is huge and gave everyone privacy when needed. The only slight negative (and this wouldn't stop me staying here again) is that if everyone wants to shower at the same time, the water will run cold before the last two or three people have had a chance to jump in! This is only a small thing and definitely wouldn't stop us staying here again; but next time we would definitely spread out our showers!! We have actually tried to book for 2027 but our dates aren't available. Albufeira is lovely. We stayed June 2026.
