4 bedroom villa with swimming pool, garage and BBQ and in a fantastic location which will certainly provide a pleasant and relaxed holiday.



This villa consists of 4 bedrooms, all with private bathroom, guest bathroom, living room, dining room and independent kitchen. Outside, BBQ, garden and private pool.



On the ground floor you will find the living and dining room, kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and another complete with a shower cabin. On the upper floor there are four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two of them en suite.



The living room has two areas, the living room and the dining area, the living area has a sofa, fireplace, TV and access to the outside where you will find the swimming pool, garden and barbecue.



The dining room has an 8-seat table overlooking the garden. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, electric hob, oven, microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine and electric kettle. The washing machine is in the pantry.



The capacity of this villa is 8 people. For babies, we have a travel bed and high chair available upon request. Please note that the travel bed does not include sheets.



The apartment is delivered with sheets applied to the beds, face and bath towels for each guest.



Reservations made through Sales Channels and the VRBO group are subject to our confirmation.



We do not accept reservations from people under 18 years old. Reservations for people aged between 18 and 25 will be asked for a deposit of €500, which will be returned after checking the good condition of the apartment. If anything is damaged, the cost of its repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit.

Overall quite excellent. A number of very small things like a broken wine opener, no toilet paper holders, no towel racks, a sliding glass door that can't be locked that for little cost should be taken care of but a beautiful villa and private pool so no major complaints.

Wir waren im September 2025 mit einem Kleinkind in diesem Haus. Positiv: Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war unkompliziert und schnell. Das Haus ist sehr groß – von der Größe her wirklich beeindruckend.Negativ:1. Der BBQ-Grill war in einem unzumutbaren Zustand: völlig verdreckt, durchgerostet und nicht gereinigt. Wir konnten ihn aus hygienischen Gründen überhaupt nicht nutzen – das ist uns bisher noch nie passiert.2. Der Pool (Salzwasser) war bei der Ankunft sehr verschmutzt. Nach unserer Beschwerde wurde er zwar gereinigt, war aber schon am nächsten Tag wieder stark verdreckt, obwohl wir ihn nicht genutzt haben, da das Wasser zu kalt war.3. Das Haus bietet viele Zimmer und Bäder, allerdings sind Einrichtung und insbesondere die Betten sehr alt und stark abgenutzt. Leider führten die Betten zu erheblichen Nacken- und Rückenschmerzen.4. Die Küche war nur sehr minimal ausgestattet – selbst grundlegende Utensilien haben gefehlt, was das Kochen erschwert hat.5. Das Haus liegt direkt an einer Hauptstraße. Der Zaun bzw. das Tor ist sehr niedrig, sodass jeder Vorbeifahrende oder Spaziergänger direkten Einblick in den Pool- und Außenbereich hatte. Von Privatsphäre konnte daher keine Rede sein.6. Insgesamt weicht der Zustand des Hauses stark von den Fotos ab: Auf den Bildern wirkt alles modern und gepflegt, vor Ort merkt man jedoch schnell, dass vieles alt, stark durchgenutzt und renovierungsbedürftig ist.Wir sind enttäuscht abgereist.. leider!!

Super séjour dans cette villa

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cette maison, la localisation est top , la campagne à côté de tout y compris un grand centre commercial à 3/4 min de voiture . La piscine est de la bonne taille, le jardin aussi. Il y a beaucoup de salles de bain ce qui est vraiment pratique. Pas de voisins proches , calme , vue sur la campagne , l équipement est bien , les personnes qui sont venues entretenir ont été supers. La réactivité , le store roulant de la cuisine ne s ouvrait pas on l a signalé dès notre arrivée, il a été réparé mais en fin de séjour , c est dommage .
