Villa Sequeira is a Spacious villa featuring a large private pool, Table Tennis and Pool Table. The villa is close to Castelo and Evaristo beaches and a short walk to a few restaurants. Completely renovated in 2020, this villa is ideal for a family or group of friends. The ground floor of this villa features a spacious open-plan living/dining room that opens to a covered sun terrace overlooking the garden and the private pool. The kitchen is well equipped and comes with an oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine. There are two bedrooms with one featuring an ensuite shower room. A twin bedroom and a bathroom can also be found on this level. The exterior of Villa Sequeira offers plenty of comfortable seating to relax or to read a book. As well as having the added benefit of a pool table and table tennis. You can also enjoy dining alfresco with the brick-built BBQ.
