Villa Simão by Dreamplaces is the ideal space for those who want to relax by the pool and enjoy the beautiful sunny days of the Algarve



Perfect for families or groups up to 6 people, the villa has 3 en-suite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room, ideal for social moments. Outside, there is a covered area next to the pool, equipped with a barbecue and dining table, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. The property also has private parking for up to 3 cars

The house is facing south, benefiting from sun throughout the day.



This is a recent construction, with typically Portuguese lines, spacious and well-decorated rooms. All rooms have heating. The property also has a private garden and the entire area is fenced, ensuring greater privacy.



DreamPlaces offers customer support 24 hours a day. We always seek to provide privacy to our guests, remaining available whenever necessary.



The property is located in a quiet and privileged area, with some permanent residences, but mostly holiday homes.

It is very close to one of the largest shopping centers in the Algarve, Algarve Shopping, and about 10 minutes by car from the beach and the most popular area of Albufeira, the Old Town.



DreamPlaces recommends renting or bringing your own car to facilitate travel, although we also offer a private transfer service upon request.



Additional rules and important information



Security deposit: guests must leave a security deposit of 100€ per person, paid in cash at check-in. This amount will be reimbursed by bank transfer up to 1 week after check-out, if there are no damages to the property.



Check-in: from 4 PM

Check-out: until 10 AM



Early check-in or late check-out may be possible, depending on availability. It can only be confirmed 2-3 days before arrival, after coordination with the cleaning team.



Additional guests: it is possible to increase the number of people upon prior request. An extra bed will be added with bedding and towels, at a cost of 150€ per person per week.



Pets: we are Pet Friendly You must inform in advance if you bring your animal. A deposit of 150€ will be applied, as well as an additional cleaning cost (depending on the property).



Towels and bedding: we provide the necessary towels and bedding according to the house's capacity. Additional towels or sheets can be made available at an extra cost.



Transfer: we can organize airport transfer upon advance request.



Note: we do not provide kitchen condiments, cleaning products, or personal hygiene items.

As a guest of this chalet, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
