Located in the heart of Albufeira, this large villa is ideal for families or large groups that are looking for a quiet setting with excellent entertainment space.
All bedrooms and living room are air conditioned.

Property is a short drive to Pinecliffs, Gale, and Guia (where Algarve shopping is located with large supermarket, many shops supplying clothes, shoes, sports equipment, and large cinema with all the latest releases in English) and 25 min drive to Quinta do Lago. The property is surrounded by the best golf courses, lovely restaurants, supermarket is approx 0.5 km away (large supermarket that houses most essential items).

A wide range of sports facilities are available in Albufeira including golf courses, tennis and water sports.

The property is within an easy stroll to the strip which is located at the end of the road.


Villa Teresa is a large 6 bedroom villa located in the centre of Albufeira town. It is located at the end of a quiet cobbled well lit road, 3 to 4 minutes walk from the main part of the strip where you will find plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes and nightlife.

There is a large supermarket located within 5 minutes walk which houses most of the essential items that you will require for your holiday needs.

Oura beach is a 6 minute walk from the villa with its golden sandy beach and bars and shops lining the way to ensure that you are able to get the necessary refreshments.

Villa Teresa is located at the end of a quiet cobbled road, the villa is gated with a key safe located at the entrance. The is a car park area at the front to accommodate 2 cars, and further cars can be parked on the public road as there are no parking restrictions. A car is not required if you wish to stay in Albufeira.

As you enter the grounds there is a path that leads to the entrance of the villa. There is a table tennis table for guests' use. The path also continues around the garden, along the side of the villa to the rear where you will find the private swimming pool, BBQ, outside dining table, and sunloungers that surround the pool. The garden is planted with orange and lemon trees, along with plants native to Portugal.

You enter the villa through the large open plan living room, internal dining area and kitchen. There is seating for guests, a tv satellite channels. There is airconditioning in the living room.

The kitchen is fully integrated with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, along with pots, pans, cutlery to cater for your stay. There are large glass sliding doors looking directly onto the pool. We can recommend several private chefs if this was of interest.

On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Located on the ground floor beside the dining area, it has ensuite bathroom facilities, twin beds, with air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.

Bedroom 2: Located on the ground floor with twin beds, air conditioning, ensuite shower facilities, and fitted wardrobes

Bedroom 3: Located on the ground floor with a double bed, ensuite shower facilities, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, and dressing table with Mirror

Bedrooms 4, 5, and 6 are located on the 1st floor. The staircase is centrally located just off the living room and kitchen area. It has a wide stair case with marble steps with a 90 degree bed. It has a gradual incline to the first floor and are not steep.

Bedroom 4: Located on the 1st floor, this has three single beds, with ensuite bathroom facilities, and 2 private terraces, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. It has a high ceiling with an airy feel with partial sea views.

Bedroom 5: Located on the 1st floor with double bed, ensuite shower facilities, and fitted wardrobes, it has a private terrace and air conditioning

Bedroom 6: Located on the 1st floor, with twin beds, ensuite shower facilities, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning.

All bedrooms are tiles, with modern bathrooms, and we can provide cots if requested for your stay.

Additional beds and the sofa bed can be provided upon request.

The villa has modern doors and windows throughout with fixed metal bars and security bars on all windows and doors. The provides a secure and quiet environment for our guests to enjoy and relax whilst on holiday.

We can arrange airport transfers and excursions whilst in the Algarve at competitive rates. The transfer company knows where all our villas are located so this avoids the problem of getting lost using the local taxis. If you would like a quote please let me know the number of people travelling.

The villa has a pool man who inspects and cleans the pool twice a week. The garden is maintained once a week and we try to do this on the change over day to minimise any disruption. There is a manger on hand who will check you into the villa upon arrival and ensure that you know where everything is located and operates.

If you are checking in after operational hours you will be provided with the instructions on how to check in. If you are checking in late we strongly recommend using the airport transfer company that we can organise for you.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find an outdoor pool, a terrace, and barbecue grills. The family-friendly villa also features a garden and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
