Villa 'Villa Janeca' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Vila Janeca is located on the outskirts of Albufeira, close to several beaches (Evaristo, Galé, Salgados...), in a closed condominium, very quiet, peaceful and safe with a large lawn and an excellent swimming pool. The 150m² villa consists on the ground floor of a living room with fireplace and cable TV, a dining room, both with access to a private space with barbecue, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, coffee, kettle, toaster, toaster, citrus juicer (electric) and wine glasses, gin and digestives and 1 service toilet with washing machine. On the 1st floor there is 1 bedroom with King size bed, private bathroom and balcony overlooking the garden and pool, 1 bedroom with two beds and balcony overlooking a magnificent sunset. The two bedrooms have air conditioning and blackout blinds to prevent the entry of light and allow a restful night. There is also 1 bathroom and 1 office space. In terms of environmental sustainability, the house is equipped with solar panels and PVC windows and doors with A+ certification, which also provide excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. Other amenities include private parking, free WiFi suitable for video calls.



The Village is prepared to receive families with young children. 2 travel beds and 1 high chair are available for eating at the table. The village has all the conditions to spend an incredible family holiday and/or to be able to work from home. In addition, guests can relax in the pool and garden area. Pets are not allowed.
