Villa Melanesia is a fantastic holiday home that stands out for its proximity to the sea. Located in Galé, just a few kilometers from the center of Albufeira City, this property offers maximum comfort and amenities. A 5-minute walk from the best beaches, it is the ideal location to spend relaxing family holidays without worrying about transportation.
This villa offers 4 comfortable bedrooms, spread across 2 floors. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with two single beds), both with private bathrooms. These rooms provide access to a terrace with a stunning view of the pool and the sea. On the ground floor, there is 1 bedroom (with a double bed), a service bathroom, and another room on the lower floor. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning for your comfort, as well as free Wi-Fi access.
The kitchen, also located on this floor, is fully equipped with all necessary utensils for preparing your meals and includes a dining table. The spacious living/dining room offers a fantastic view of the pool area and a view of the sea in the background.
This villa offers a pleasant outdoor space that includes a fantastic private pool, which can be heated upon request (extra option), a barbecue for sharing meals with family and friends. A snooker table and table tennis are also available for guests. This is the ideal space to enjoy late afternoons and glimpse the sunset.
It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.
Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.
The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).
Group deposit: € 300 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).
Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 guests.
From the 9th to the 12th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
