Welcome to our charming house in Albunuelas. With 4 bedrooms including 2 double beds and 4 twin beds, this phenomenal property offers a peaceful retreat for guests.

Bring the whole family to this great house with a fantastic swimming pool/great terraces in a quiet village in Albunuelas in the Lecrin Valley - easy access to the motorway with Granada and the beaches 30 mins away. The village has 2 small supermarkets a pharmacy, a bank and 2 tapas bars.

The space
Our house is a traditional upside down village house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. As you enter through the front door you find yourselves in our courtyard with our fabulous pool which is bathed in sun all day There are dining facilities and sun loungers .

As you enter the house, there is a very cool double bedroom (with a fan) and a twin room (with a ceiling fan) which share a shower room/wc.

Up some stairs to the first floor and you have bedroom 3, a twin room, a family bathroom and bedroom 4 , a double room which has an ensuite shower room/wc. both have ceiling fans fitted.

There are then stairs to the 2nd floor which has a dining room, kitchen and lounge.

We have ceiling fans instead of air conditioning as these are better for the enviroment.

There is a large terrace with comfy seating and relax and chill. There is a gas BBQ.

There is also a top terrace with sun beds which is a great suntrap and also a fantastic spot for stargazing of an evening.
A great place to disconnect for sure.

Guest access
Guests will meet a host in the car park by the Ayunmental - there is a short walk down hill to the house. Please note that the hill is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.

Guests are to contact the host 30 mins before arrival to arrange to meet.

Please note any checkins after 9pm will incur an additional charge of 10 euros

Guests will be advised of the contact details of the host at least 48 hours before arrival.

Other things to note
Enjoy a short stroll into the centre of the village for a coffee or a great evening meal.

There is a weekly market on a Thursday

The Baker delivers to the end of our short street every weekday morning with fresh bread and cakes for sale. just listen out for horn tooting .

There are 2 village shops both really helpful.

A day out in Salobrena is a must with a great beach and bars and restaurants - only 30 mins away

Another great day out is Granada with the Alhambra; great shops and bars - a vibrant city
