Wake up to sunshine and hot air balloons; go to sleep with beautiful city lights from the Albuquerque west mesa. Casita retreat is attached to an ultra contemporary custom home built in 2013 and sits on 1.25 acres in an exclusive subdivision of Paradise Hills. Plenty parking and conveniently located - two blocks to Paseo del Norte and 15 minutes to either I-25, I-40, and Rio Rancho. Amenities include a new (January 2023) comfortable king bed and mattress, high quality bedding, towels, robes, desk, dining table, microwave, mini refrigerator, hot plate, dishes, pots, pans, silverware, Keurig coffee maker, walk-in closet, 45" TV, full length mirror, custom blinds, and gas fireplace. Casita retreat is +/- 500 sqft and is set up like a second master bedroom, if needed, when the entire home is rented, but is appropriately secured from the rest of the home and private with its own exterior door and access using a keypad. Heating and cooling is independent of the entire property. Stroll through the neighborhood or enjoy stores, parks, local restaurants, and even Dutch Bros Coffee within walking distance. Outdoor grill is available upon request and without additional charge if left clean by guest. Complimentary coffee pods, tea packets, sugar, cream, snacks, water, and drinks provided. Body lotion, body wash, and sample size shampoo, and conditioner provided as a courtesy.

**PETS (Dogs Only/2 Max): All pets must be considered and accepted before proceeding with a reservation.

Pet acceptance may be based on the following information:
1. Shedding or non-shedding breed (preference given to non-shedding breeds)
2. MUST be house broken
3. Age
4. Sleeping and lounging habits (all four on the floor is required; must be able to restrict pets from furniture, especially couch and beds)
5. Bad habits such as chewing, digging, aggressiveness, and excessive barking
6. Up to date on vaccines
7. Reference from care provider and/or vet
8. If approved, guests must agree pet will not be left alone inside of property for an extended period of time. Please note this property does not have an outdoor enclosed area for pets. Pets must be supervised at all times while outdoors. Size of property may not be suitable for larger breeds.

NOTE> All reservations with a SHEDDING breed that are approved may be required to place a $250 REFUNDABLE shed cleaning and damage deposit to ensure upon guests departure that all evidence of any pet, specifically hair and dander, is minimal to non-existent. Cleaning fee paid and included in guest's booking charges is not for cleaning up after pets, indoors or outdoors, specifically for shedding and pet waste.

Early check-in or late check-out is rarely available due to cleaning and property preparation schedule between guests. Please inquire before making travel arrangements.
