The clerk required a $100 deposit that was never mentioned in the booking. She was nice but firm and folowing orders. Bait and switch again. Onwership at fault.

Room sufficient, needs some care. Sink slow drain. No access to stairs, had to use elevator. Outside exit stairs were possibly blocked off? We were on the third floor a barrier was in place. Also upon checking in the motel required $100 deposit. Sign said it would be returned upon check out. Staff checked for damages and then stated it could take up to 7 days to return to credit card. Had to be credit card no cash allowed.

Everything was very limited. There wasn't even a bar of soap in the bathroom--wall containers in the shower, which is not handy and used my own bar. Extremely limited breakfast, only kleenex in the room and no cups. Although the bathroom needed more cleaning, the rest was okay. The bed was comfortable.

Despite the noise outside of Days Inn, we felt safe once we were inside. It was calm in our room and we felt safe. The shower was a problem. The shower head was opposite to the shower door and water would splash onto the floor even with the door closed. Otherwise i am suprised at how well they renovated this place and would stay again.

It took almost 40 mins to check-in, as there was a line and only one person working, who was taking her time. Orbitz indicated that pets were allowed, no extra charge was listed. She said she would only allow pets with a $10 fee. Okay, not off to a great start, but okay. We finally got our room, and were now close to late to leave for our event at 5:30, otherwise I would have asked for a different one. The toilet seat had diarrhea smears under it, the shower had boogers stuck to the wall, the shower head was partially ripped out, and the seals in the glass leaked. The room was a King, but had only one towel. There was no garbage can in the room or the bathroom. The fridge did not have a freezer section, and it didn't get very cold. We didn't even try the tv. I moved a luggage cabinet thing to be closer to the bed area, and there was a dead cockroach. The parking lot had glass from someone's vehicle window being smashed out, and they didn't clean it up. The back door to the parking lot didn't even close, let alone lock, and the "door handle" was a child's safety strap from a Walmart shopping cart. Breakfast was waffles and two types of cereal, and the milk was rancid. The girl working the desk on check-out barely looked up from her phone when we left. The ice machine is shoved under some stairs, and the majority of the ice was a big block that you had to chip at to get any cubes. If we weren't in a rush, we never would have stayed here, and we will never book there again.

Stay was okay near Roads so Loud at night. Older hotel. rooms are nice, TV was nice and big! directv. small breakfast area, waffles, and cereal. area looks alittle run down. okay stay though
