The room was in acceptable condition, clean, bed wasn't comfortable, our room was not quiet because the ice machine was right underneath our suite. I've asked many times even before our arrival to let us be in the first level, because some walking issues but didn't have any availability during the 3 days we spent in the hotel. Anyway, the staff it is excellent! friendly, and everyone had well knowledge of the city's surroundings and gave us helpful information, breakfast is wonderful and delicious, good variety every day.

My room was on the second floor adjacent to the atrium with the front desk. I have sensitive hearing and could hear people talking to the front desk staff throughout the night. When I checked in, I wasn't given a choice about the location of my room. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and the desk in the room was useful for work although I had to move around the lights so that there was adequate light for the desk.
