It was like sleeping next to drag racing strip. The noise was terrible. When we arrived and asked for a luggage cart we we dismissed with they’re all in use. No suggestion of how long it would be. We found one ourselves.

Staff was nice. Locked out of room twice. Everyday I was billed a different price, when quoted specific price on line. FREE breakfast was not offered...I had to pay, and only one person greeting, seating and serving. Numerous clusters of homeless in the area. I would not choose to stay there again. Prices did not match the service.

Room was great and updated. Liked that the bar was open late and dining was available. Great breakfast options in the restaurant and the portions were large. There was no where to walk to as property was next to freeway and industrial area.

The hotel was great. Friendly helpful staff, clean room, but there was a problem with the reservations and I had to pay the hotel directly for a new reservation, and Expedia has not been available for me to seek a refund from them for bad reservations

Front desk staff at night, were not the most helpful.. We went down for Balloon Fiesta, which meant a very early wakeup call, Friday night they had a band playing till 9:30, kind of late when the majority of the guest were there for Balloon Fiesta amd were probably getting up at 3:00 a.m.
