Quick and easy check-in! Gentleman working night audit was super friendly and nice to deal with. All of my questions were answered within moments and we were on our way to our room, which was clean and quite comfortable!

I stay (or used to) 10-15 days a year here for business. Not again. The shower was not usable- it had only all the way ice cold or all the way piping hot- attempting to adjust the temp would make a noise like the pipes were bursting, so no shower on day 1 of my work. This is fine- things happen- but I first told the desk guy at 6:30 AM, he assured me I was wrong, I asked for it to be checked and updated during the day. Nobody called. I called them at 3 PM and asked for an update, they said it was fine, that "housekeeping tried it" and it worked fine. Hmm. I got back from work at 9:30 PM to find it was indeed NOT fine. I went back to the desk. They insisted that it was fine. AS IF I NEVER USED A SHOWER IN MY LIFE. I asked the guy to take two minutes to come to the room and show him. He refused. He then said if I didn't like the shower I could try another room. That would have been a great solution MUCH earlier. I did indeed finally get a room switch, where the shower worked just fine. I CANNOT BELIEVE they just sat there and tried to gaslight me for an entire day, as if I was an idiot. I'd really have expected some explanation or apology, or-gasp- some discount on an usuable room for one night- once an actual competent staff member checked out my original room's shower, but of course got none. Really, really angry about this "customer service". Ugh ugh ugh. Not many other choices in RR, but avoid this one.

Rather limited breakfast. Would be nice to have tables to sit at. Tv was messed up 2 times. Just not worth it for the price. Would not stay there again. Definitely find a better hotel that is worth the money.

Unfriendly welcome after a long day of travel, found other people’s hairs all over the room and felt unsafe staying there just for a few hours I needed to sleep. The shower wouldn’t get hot enough. Never again.

Nice surprise.

It looks older and is a motel type establishment. The room is very clean and smells clean as well. Bed is comfortable. There is a little road noise but very little. We stayed for just one night and were pleasantly surprised.
