The staff was super helpful and quick to use the shuttle to get us back and forth to the airport. Beverly was working the desk at 5am when we left, and was very kind to have early breakfast foods for us. The location, room, and hot-tub were great. Definitely coming back

I did not feel safe. The first room did not have a security latch on the inside. I asked for a different room. Again, no security latch. I was told all the rooms dont have security latches. The 2nd room looks the the security latch was forcefully yanked off. Made me feel real uneasy being that i was alone.

I really like the vibes at this hotel. The rooms are clean and updated, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. They go the extra mile for their guest. I have stayed at this hotel three times in the last nine months. It will continue to be my go to spot going forward. Ingrid at the front desk is the best and always on time with my airport shuttle requests.

I don't know how this place got this many stars, it's showing eight stars but this is really a one to two star place, cleanliness was okay, but you had escorts literally working out of the hotel, I have kids so it's not good to know hookers are around, then I went to the pool with my kids, and it was absolutely frigid and the advertised heated indoor pool, also the pool is so toxic it burnt both me and my kids eyes and skin, this place is not a good place to stay would not recommend
