Will never stay at a Days Inn

Never got to stay here because when we went to check-in we found that our room reservation had been cancelled. We did not cancel it, and our hotels.com account even showed it as still booked. Furthermore we had gotten a welcome email the day before, saying the hotel was looking forward to our stay, but mid-morning the day of the stay we got a message saying our reservation had been cancelled. Called the desk thinking surely we can get this fixed, it must be a misunderstanding. Instead they told us it was indeed cancelled, they didn’t know who did it, and they had no rooms available. We then had to scramble to find another place to stay that night. Have NEVER had anything like this happen in over 30 years of travel!

Mostly great.

We stayed 2 nights- had 2 young children with us- brought our own pack and play. Room was spacious- was a king with sleeper sofa. The king mattress was terrible- made a loud metal-clanking sound every time we got up or down off the bed. The bathroom was nice sized, but the water pressure was non-existent. The room and bathroom were very clean. And the pool/hot tub was very clean and well maintained. Staff was amazing.

Clean and Comfortable

My first look around is for cleanliness, which it was. Friendly, and helpful staff. The location is convenient to restaurants and to I-25. Not worrisome for overnight stay. I would recommend and stay at this hotel again.

I felt like the shuttle driver was abrupt and not very welcoming. The hotel was in good condition overall, but, the bed was terrible and the walls paper thin.

Great Stay

My sons and I had a great stay. The staff was all very pleasant, the pool was fun and the breakfast was great. Being a single mom, this hotel was safe and clean and I would come here again.

We’re on a road trip from Texas to Arizona. We stopped by beautiful Albuquerque, New Mexico and stayed at Days Inn. The room was clean, the pool was fun, and the service was great. The breakfast was nice, Gabby was very attentive with everyone. Her service is greatly appreciated! We would definitely recommend.
