The staff was courteous. The room was clean, but is in need of updated amenities (TV, AC unit, etc.). The hotel's location has a large homeless population. Not a place to go for a walk alone.

The staff were super friendly but the room was poor quality. It smelled like it used to be a non-smoking room. It look like the AC control panel was ripped off the wall and no one told me that there was a remote for it. So I was bundled up in my sleeping bag and an extra blanket. I would not stay here again.

This hotel should be old and not well maintained. It is old and stinky. After checking in had to ask for a room change. It was dingy and stinky. We were given another room and it was worse the wood floor was full of dog pee stains. The water from the sink stunk and was unusable. The hotel was constantly visited by homeless people. You didn’t feel safe. We booked a room for Tuesday night, Wednesday and for New Year’s Day but we had to leave and lost one day. The other two days we worked really hard to stay out till very late to ensure we were not in the room. It was a non-refundable booking. The breakfast was not good. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We are still feeling itchiness all over our head and bodies. The staff was friendly and tried to help.

We were charged 10 dollars for having 4 people, though we entered the amount of people into the ap. If it cost more for 4 then that should have been reflected when we reserved the room in the ap. Breakfast was really good though.

I normally stay at the EconoLodge on on Eubank and I-40. My girlfriend wanted to stay at a different place, so I chose this EconoLodge because it had a higher rating that the other one, plus it also had a pool and hot tub. These are things I care nothing about, but were important to the girlfriend. So, I booked here thinking is was a big upgrade. NOPE!!! The next morning my girlfriend woke up with little rashes on her face and all over her body. We went to the doctor and we were told those were bed bug bites. Luckily, the bed bugs didn't like me. And, I don't have I don't have bed bugs at my house and she does not have bed bugs at her house. The breakfast was average. The sheets were itchy and course. Plus the added bonus of bedbugs. BEWARE!!!
