Wish I would have known pool was down

We booked the room to get away and let our kids swim and relax, it was super annoying to walk into the hotel and see signs that say the pool was closed and when I brought it up to staff at the hotel they could careless. If I would have known the pool was down ahead of time I would have cancelled and booked elsewhere.

An honest review!

The hotel staff was great but the cleanliness of the room wasn't great. The shampoo locks were broken off and the tub wasn't clean. I was there for my sons funeral. I wanted to take a hot bath and couldn't because I'd have to call to have it cleaned and didn't need to add anything else to my day. Everything else was exceptional including the food.

This was our first weekend alone for the first time in two years since having a child. It was perfect. We could barely hear anything outside our room. It was cold out and we really didnt want to go anywhere but relax and this was the perfect stay for that! The staff at the bar were welcoming and awesome, food was great and rooms were cozy. This is probably where we'll stay every time we're in Albuquerque now.
