Upon booking room, i specifically requested for a handicap accessible room. We were given the standard room, i called front desk, we were told they do not have any handicap accesible room. Needed to request for additional towels. Furnace would blow high heat, then blow cold air. Booked room two days in advance.

The bathroom sink would not drain. My vehicle was vandalized and the outdoor cameras were not working. Staff did not offer any assistance to help police officer. The area is in a very unsafe neighborhood.

Room was spacious. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and attentive. Area felt safe and parking was easy. They have an elevator and luggage cart making it easier and convenient to get to the room. Only thing was the fridge is a little small and theres no microwave in the room, but there is one in the breakfast area which is available throughout the day. Very comfortable and nice.
