Staff was friendly and the place was clean. I stayed here last year and the pool was not available because of "renovations". Went this past weekend and again pool being renovated? I don't like paying for amenities I can't use 2 years in a row! Maybe remove the pool amenity from your details. I look for hotels with pools for a reason.

I’m really upset right now, I booked this hotel because it advertised with a swimming pool but when we got there it was not working. They should advise you that before we can book. Also, front desk person was very rude, only gave us one key because we booked room with Expedia instead directly with them.

The room was set up well. I liked the space it had for having 2 queen beds with a city view. Our room was next to the elevator & we couldn't hear a thing. I'm picky about pillows so I was pleased to actually have comfy pillows in my room. The pool is under construction so keep that in mind if you plan to stay with a pool.
