Everything about that place is bad. No hot water. I paid for a suite and dey gave me a standard room. I paid for breakfast in the double charge me again when I already paid for it. I had a service dog with me and they charged me for a pet fee. The staff don't know what they're doing. They are rude. This is unacceptable. I will never stay here again. And I was not the only customer complaining about this. They even had you pay for the parking plus incidental fee, plus dog fee when it's a service animal n plus breakfast. And this is unacceptable

The desk person (male)who checked us in was professional and courteous. The desk person whom we spoke with (female) the next morning was not professional and didn't have knowledge of the hotel policy. She didn't attempt to assist us with the parking issue nor did she apologize for the parking issue. We have decided we won't stay at this Hilton property again. It wasn't a great experience.
