Bed mattress was very broken down and unsleepable. Worst bed ever for a Hilton property. Many of the thing as that used to be free at the HGI, like water and breakfast, are now extra. Overall, this was a disappointing stay for a long time Hilton Honors member.

Sorry staff was super rude (Rebeca ) made me feel very unwelcoming plus she charger me $200 when the app said $114 ..she looked at me like I was some kind of homeless person . Mind you this. It was 1am in the Morning. I felt like she took advantage of the time and knew that I needed a room. So sorry I won’t be staying there any time soon . oh by the way, she was coughing all over didn’t even cover her mouth.

Hilton by name only. Place has changed and not for the better. Rust around shower fixtures. Staff not very friendly. Extra charges for almost everything when it didn’t used to be. Stayed at a Days inn in Albuquerque two weeks ago and it was what you would expect from a Days Inn but twice as good as this Hilton
