Day staff were courteous. Midnight person unfriendly. It's unfortunate that there's cuts on the halfway walls. Walking down stairs someone punched two holes in the walls. Room was adequate.

The breakfast experience was very disappointing. Breakfast did not open until 8:00 a.m., which was inconvenient since I wanted to get on the road earlier. When it finally opened, several items were not ready. The coffee wasn’t available until around 8:15, and the yogurt machine was not working at all. The quality of the food was poor. The so-called breakfast burrito did not resemble a breakfast burrito and looked more like ground beef. The bacon was especially bad—it barely resembled bacon and had a rubbery texture and taste. Because of the delayed setup and missing items, a long line quickly formed, making the experience even more frustrating. Overall, the breakfast was poorly organized and far below expectations.

No hot water. Pipes to room were reversed so when you turned to hot you got cold and when you turned to cold it was still cold because it takes time to turn warm. Also the breakfast was to start at 7am but the were late and didn’t open till 8am. By then we were 60 miles south.

Please resolve: 1- Water was squirting out of the faucet in the kitchenette sink. 2 - Front desk needs to leave a sign if they leave for more than a few minutes. I waited, no bell to ring, and no sign. When the front desk lady came back, did not apologize for the wait. Everything else was fine. Thank you.

Staff could learn to communicate, we had other guests be given a key to our room, we did late checkout however fromt desk did not note it so we had housekeepers stopping by every 10-15 minutes. Other than that the room was very clean
