Over all, it was good. In the room, more lighting was needed and the the tub sides were too high. It’s an accident waiting to happen. Food at Cafe was good and very reasonable.

Had to wait for one of our rooms to be ready after 4 pm check in. Asked for rooms to be air purified due to smoke smell and staff was rude about it. Had to evacuate building on day of check out at 6 am for an emergency. This was not a pleasant stay especially since it's not Inexpensive.

Isleta is Betta!

Isleta Resort and Casino is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Albuquerque! The property is stunning but what makes it extraordinary is the Customer Service provided by Beth, Andrea, Justin, and Gwen! They know how to treat guests right! The Pool and Spa are amazing too! Breakfast was great too! I highly recommend Isleta Resort and Casino! Isleta is Betta (Better with a New York Accent!)

The property is nice, modern, and spacious. We were told there was shuttle services but there wasn't. Not a huge deal but would of been nice. Front desk was friendly & fast. The restaurant inside, Chili something rather , was good but lacked help. Wait times were very long even though all the tables were empty. Overall, good experience, will return if in ABQ. again.

Exceptional Experience

Beautiful hotel. The rooms were lovely, the food good, the event area very conducive to needing multiple spaces set up and reset up throughout the day. The staff was exceptional in every space I went to.
