There was no hot water also I’ve stayed in 3 different la quinta hotels in the all trip and all been really nice and clean but this one at Albuquerque was really bad. But ok just to spend the night.

The floor was filthy my wife put socks on because she was so grossed out by the floor and afterwards her socks were Brown and filthy I would never stay there again we went down for breakfast at 9:45 a.m. and was told breakfast ended at 9:00 a.m. so we got no breakfast will never stay there again

The bathroom toilet had dust build up on it. The back of the bathroom door is filthy no wipedown since who knows whe . Really unkept at any price. Grassy areas were just big patches of stickers.

Progress Report - Family experience

Customer service excellent. Everything else very questionable. My family and I are passing through the city and we had a good experience at another one of these hotels but this one was different from the rest. The room was found not clean and items inside not replaced/ repaired. Definitely recommend staff to inspect units thoroughly and housekeeping to double check certain parts typically used by new customers. Also, did not appreciate there is no security guards or security cameras found in property I stayed up late just to keep an eye on our vehicle as our vehicle was loaded with personal belongings trunk/roof top. Hope this feedback helps, may one day book again..

I had two rooms traveling with my family … Both of them were stink AF ! My room smells of Pet urine … My kids room smelt of cigarettes … The coffee machine in the room didn’t work … The shower never warmed up no hot water … Nothing will wake you quicker than a cold shower first thing in the morning … Think I’ll scratch any stays affiliated with La Quinta from any of my future reservations

Some people have had no issues with this property, but we had no such luck. The door was damaged with massive paint blisters. The floor tiles looked like they hadn't been mopped in months, and the smoke smell was very strong. (Yes, according to my receipt it was a non-smoking room.) We wore shoes the entire time because we didn't want to touch the floor and we didn't dare use the chairs. The bedding was clean and it was late when we checked in, otherwise we would have left immediately. We didn't choose to stay for breakfast, just got up and left. I will say that all of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which was a positive. However, if you care about cleanliness, go somewhere else.
