The elevators were so dirty!! And the bar area floors were filthy too. My buyer at the bar was great and service was pretty good too! Nice u get free waters when u check in. No refrigerators in room.

The rooms are small, the beds are small, only 2 towels, refrigerator just sitting on the floor like a college dorm room. The hotel was rude when asked for more towels. Not a good experience

Nice hotel with great bar service

Check in was quick, not too personable. The bar staff was excellent and friendly. As far as the parking lot, please fix the lights, signs all around about keeping cars safe but lights aren’t working, please do your share.

Great property. Come every year due to a convention. Only concerns were that the mattresses were lumpy and will need to be replaced soon and a fridge would have been helpful during my stay.

I did not have all the channels on the tv, the toilet did not flush properly and ran until I giggled the handle and I did find bugs in my bed. The staff was wonderful

The staff lacks customer service, and Gabriel was not welcoming. Security guards are rude, treating you like a criminal. Worst of all, the towels had stains, same as the blanket between the white sheets—it looks like they don’t wash it because they just cover it with sheets.

The air conditioning in the rooms was very poor. Even at lowest setting the room would only get to 75 degrees and it was humid in the room. Won’t stay here again.
