For the price, there are better hotels with better services. Took six hours for room to heat up. Could have called, but we were to tired from travel. TV kept freezing up. If you want wifi, have to pay for it. It's not a horrible hotel. It just needs to be at least 50 bucks cheaper a night.

Good hotel. A little dated but fine. Coffee should be all day like other offerings in the price point. Parking is good. A lot of stuff around it and super easy on to the interstate.

Grout in bathroom was moldy. Seems they replaced original bathroom door on hinges with a sliding door that wouldn’t lock. For the amount charged the room was terrible.

Booked this property for my birthday vacation with family. My room had a wonderful view of the Sandia mountains. The service was great and somehow everyone welcomed me with birthday wishes. My family kept me busy most of the time so I was only using the hotel to stage my sleep and property. I enjoyed spoiling myself and my family with all the restaurants and shopping plazas. I will be returning and hope to see the same staff.
