The host never sent check in info and when we called customer service to get in the house was left uncleaned and the gas was turned off so no hot water. My daughter used the sink and roaches came out while trying to wash her hands

Our stay was amazing! Very secluded and protected place. The home was perfect for our travels, close to the convention center and restaurants. Uber and Lyft work great, just be sure to tell the drivers that the place is in the alley behind the main residence. Super quiet and cozy. All the amenities were a blessing and unexpected. Highly recommend staying at this place, it's gem.

This was a very cute, well-maintained house. the neighborhood seemed somewhat sketchy, but we had no issues whatsoever. Lacy, the manager was very attentive to our needs and promptly had wash cloths and paper towels delivered to our doorstep. It was in a great location too - right near Old Towne. We had a great visit in Albuquerque!
