Absolutely Perfect!

The home is gorgeous. Beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood. Host was responsive and accommodating. A great Vrbo experience.

Be AWARE!!! Bed Bugs/Ticks/or whatever type of insects they were

Please be aware of the initial beauty of this home. We stayed here for one night in other to catch a flight. In the far back left bedroom 2 of my family members woke up with what looked to be bed bugs crawling on them. When I contacted host and provided photos, the stated that they thought they might be ticks, attempting to reassure me that the insects being ticks would somehow be a better situation. What we were offered as compensation was 75% off one day for our next stay. My family was pretty upset and one of them requested our money back through a different platform. The host stated that WE violated terms and agreement by the family member reaching out to them. We called VRBO to discuss, providing photos and videos of actual insects, bite marks in 2 family members and email exchange as was told that they would mediate with the property owner. After VRBO was engaged, I received messages from the property owner that were not conducive to any sort of resolution to say the least. They were extremely condescending. Please be careful if you decide to stay here. Don’t let the bugs bite!

Excellent place

Stay at lots of rentals and this is one of the very best. Place is even better than it looks in the pictures. Clean and comfortable with a great backyard, and in a nice quiet neighborhood. No issues, definitely recommend it!

Came to play golf with friends. Great place and near so many great golf courses, restaurants and bars etc. neighborhood is quiet, clean and accessible. I would highly recommend.

Exceptional property!

This property was exactly as explained and even better than expected. Very cozy, great bedrooms & bathrooms, plenty of room, beautiful kitchen, and nice backyard patio area. Communication with Daniel was super easy and responsive.

Great house

It was a great experience! The only negative would be they didnt have the heater on when we got there so the house was colder inside than outside. So for future it would be nice if they had the house warm when people checked in. Its a smart thermostat so they had all the temperatures pre set but we made it work for one night. Other than that, we would definitely stay at this one again. Lots of room and comfortable for my family of 6 including teenagers.
