This freshly renovated 2 bedroom home is located in one of the best areas in Albuquerque, known for its mountain views, proximity to the tram, and its access to an abundance of trails. These beautiful bedrooms have breath-taking views of the city and the mountains, each with their own private balcony. The master bedroom has a king bed with an attached bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower, and this balcony overlooks the gorgeous skyline of Albuquerque. Tramway is one of the best, if not THE best, location to see the entirety of the Albuquerque skyline. The secondary bedroom has a queen bedroom and is located to the right of the unattached upstairs bathroom, which is also equipped with a spacious walk-in shower. This bedroom is a perfect place for solitude as you soak in the mountain views from the balcony, or from bed!

The downstairs features a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and everything you need to cook right from home. Our dining room has one of the best views in the entire house as you can see the tram and the mountain from the table with your loved ones. The downstairs also has a washer and dryer, as well as any supplies you may need to make sure you have plenty of outfits left for the remainder of your trip! The downstairs has an outdoor patio facing the mountains for your morning coffee to be spent inside. This home is an extension of our hearts and everything we love about Albuquerque, so we hope in every window-view and precious detail you feel right at home.
