The hotel is closed. Hotel is now a halfway house so I could never check in putting me in a horrible situation and I cannot get ahold of anybody from hotels.com or from the hotel itself

I think the floor in the room has never been cleaned, I spilled some water and I got a towel to clean it up the towel was black after I cleaned up the water. We stayed for two nights and when we left for the UNM game I assumed our room would be cleaned, coffee replaced etc. nothing. Catz at the front desk was very nice however.
