I had no problems with the property or the room except one minor thing. The door would be hard to open but I saw the problem and told the front desk. My door still shut and locked. I’d stay again. I’ve stayed two different occasions so far and no problems.

The pool was nice. The room was clean but they told us they were no rooms available so we left, thought I was the ramada in n found the mesa on Expedia so I got the room landed up being the ramada n they had plenty of rooms available. So weird because I tried to check in for another night and they said there was no rooms available checked back on Expedia n again they still had rooms. Anyways didn't take it because of there staff not wanting to book found that so strange.

What I didn't like was the fact that room service never touched our room, even though I requested new sheets for one of our beds after my son's pull up leaked. The rooms that was assigned to us were closed and not used prior to our reservation. The rooms definitely looked like they were in rough condition, the lamps had no lightbulbs, mattresses were worn out, carpet had stains. shower wall was cracked, tub had yellow stains, shower head had calcium build up, the tub spout was calcified shut so it couldn’t switch to shower (maintenance replaced the spout).
