Hot Tub woos.

The pool and hot tub were closed. This happened the last 2 times we stayed with Santa Ana. Fortunately, their customer service, cleaniness and security is outstanding and keep us staying with them. Please let us relax in the hot tub next time.

We had a really great time. It’s a very fancy place and the price was really good for how great of a hotel it is. If I had any complaints, it would just be that it’s not as kid friendly as I required. However, my kids had fun also.

We had a very pleasant stay. Enjoyed the numerous places they offer to eat and enjoy a meal. Club 54 was fun. The bartender prepared the best Amaretto Sour which i really enjoyed.Wanted to go to the Quezadas club but they closed at midnight and didn't get a chance. Which they had later closing time. Room was very clean and it smelled clean too. Bed very comfy. Overall great experience, excellent consumer service and friendly staff.
