Helpful Staff avoids disaster.

The staff was very helpful. For some reason they had not received my reservation from Hotels.com. It was confirmed to me in the morning but when I arrived 8 hours later they had no record. The staff was very helpful and got me a room and said they would correct the error with Hotels.com. What could have been a disaster they worked to make this a positive experience. This is my third stay here in the last 5 months and I think that says it all about staying here.

This retro motel is just fun. Nicely appointed, clean and the beds are so comfortable. They really have nailed the retro experience in the best way! Would love to stay here again.

On a pre paid two day booking, the accidentally decided I had checked out after the first night and threw out all my stuff. The did their best to pick it out of the dumpster after I complained victoriously but the original mistake is pretty terrible.

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful and very accommodating. Housekeeping offered to help take our bags to our car. You just don’t get friendly service like that anymore. The room was spotless. It was so cute and adorable and so retro, we just absolutely loved it. The coffee is great too.!

Well located, clean and well appointed. Old town, city, and stores are within a few miles. There was very loud music in the pool all afternoon on Sunday that could be heard even with windows closed. The staff did not give a good orientation to the area but they were pleasant. Overall this is a good find.

Only passing theough but a great place, especially if the weather had been better. Everything you need in the hotel as the area isnt that great, like most areas. Beautiful room, well thought out, great decoration and a huge tv! Glad qe stayed there.

I feel like I've discovered a hidden gem! Throw back to a simpler time - the motel style reminds me of trips with my family as a kid with each room having its own entrance and the walkup to the 2nd floor. The clerk at check-in was friendly and efficient - after traveling most of the day, that was very welcomed. 100 numbered rooms are upstairs (just part of the charm :) and my room was cool and inviting. Lights and AC on and i love tbe decor. 60s mcm style but not over the top. Bed is comfortable and im looking forward to a restful night. For those wondering, I did see security on property making sure everything was secure.
Love the little coffee bar - think I need to find out how to get a water bottle!

Perfect Stay

A absolutely WONDERFUL place to stay! Our room was really cute, super clean, and the bed was so comfortable! The pool area is awesome, and there are a few places to eat/have coffee/yummy yummy cocktails right outside your door (including vegan options). The staff was super welcoming, friendly, and helpful! After a rough day on a long road trip, we had to change plans last minute and found this hotel, which really felt like a happy accident because we loved it so much. Would absolutely stay here again and again!

Hip Route 66 Renovation

Love this modern renovation on Route 66. Great job all around!!! Beautiful pool area, food court, even the parking lot is adorable! Lobby has a coffee shop too :)

Great stay

Cool retro environment. Very comfortable bed. Latte bar in office with some pastries. Very friendly staff. Restaurant across the street was so yummy. Friday pool party. Restaurant on the property but only open certain days. Will be staying here every time i come through to and from Denver.

This is an adorable, wonderfully retro-themed motel. You can tell it was renovated with thought and whimsy. Very, very comfortable and sparkling clean. You can tell that the cleaning staff truly cares about the property and their guests. Wonderful place to stay in Albuquerque. Close to university and hospital. Highly recommend.
