Overall the property was clean and the staff professional customer service. Breakfast could have been a little better. Carpet (flooring) in our room needed to be clean. Heavy soil was noticeable.

The room was very nice, comfortable, and clean, and the shower/bathroom was suitable. The breakfast was the usual cheap carb load (minus the waffle machine), and late on the morning I was there. It's supposed to start at 6. At 6:20 they finally got everything out. I never visited the pool or gym, so I don't know what they're like.

The property is near the Big I so it can be a bit loud due to traffic. It is a very dated hotel although the front entrance/check in area is more updated (as you see in their picture). I think the property would be better if rooms were updated and the property was gated/enclosed for safety.

So we had a long day, checked in around 9:30pm. Had a late dinner and feel asleep. There was a storm that knocked out the power and the Internet. Around 2:30am there was a huge fight outside our room.. it spilled out into the parking lot, and right next to our sliding door. We were honestly afraid that bullets were going to start flying from what we could hear. Mind you we are on the bottom floor just down the hall from the main desk. No one came out or checked about the commotion. After being startled awake, we decided we weren't going to be able to sleep so just checked out and drive the hour and a half home in the dead of night. No apologies or amends from hotel staff.

We were traveling through. We have stayed here before. Great service at check in. The room was clean and sizeable. We enjoyed getting a good night's rest and able to quickly get back on the road in the morning.

NOT RECOMMENDED!!

A deposit of $50 was charged at check-in and I was told it would be refunded within 2 hours after check-out. It's now 3 days later and I'm still trying to get my deposit refund. When I called the hotel directly, I was told the deposit had been processed. I checked with my credit card company and they had no pending transactions. I'm still trying to get my deposit back. The hotel was barely worth the $75 of my original charge. It certainly wasn't worth $125!!! The hotel was old and the room smelled musty. The beds were uncomfortable. The Wi-fi was down because of a broken router and they had no timeline for fixing. DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL
