The querque hotel is my favorite in Albuquerque. The rooms are always clean and staff is always friendly. $50 USD deposit for incidental for out of town folks. I love the pool and quiet vibes.

Some of the he doors to the parking lot and the courtyard did not work. We stayed at this hotel repeatedly during the week and the hotel did not correct the door aforementioned door issues. Furthermore, the complimentary hot breakfast had limited selections. One is better off to go to a local restaurant for breakfast rather than eat the poor quality food that is offered for a complimentary breakfast.

This is a decent, clean place! Great value!

This is a decent, clean place. I stay here several times a year. My only complaint is I seldom get hot water in the bathroom sink. If I do I have to let it run for several minutes. Shower has plenty of hot water. Front desk was out of regular soda. All they had in the cooler was Diet Coke or Coke Zero this trip

Nice place to stay.

A little older of a hotel but i find it to be in a safe area, easily accessible, decent price. It has a covered pool area, nice garden patio area around it, pet friendly i believe. Also love that it has balconies that you can actually open and step outside for a bit. Beds could be upgraded but they aren't terrible. Overall all good stay.

Room seemed clean. Property is a bit older. We were not told that breakfast was provided so wasted $25 on breakfast our first morning. Bed and piĺlows were okay. My main complaint is that twice i asked very politely to be put in a quiet room. Instead of putting us in a courtyard facing room we got a room facing the interstate. There weren't that many travelers. I'm sure there were quieter rooms.

We've stayed a Querque over a dozen times, this stay was unsatisfactory. Usually the rooms are very clean. We encountered a few surprising things. We found live cockroaches in our restroom, our bathtub had a very slow drain, and there was ants coming in from a tiny hole in the wall where the carpet meets the wall. Our food was affected by this.

We were traveling to take my granddaughter to college from California to Houston and back we got there in the evening around 8 had reservations checked in staff was dismissive at best. Had to go out and around building to get to our room where there were a few people not looking so safe I will say. We just went in and showered went to sleep we decided to wait it out a bit in the morning to have breakfast well DONT! The breakfast was cereal , watered down juice, hard bagels with flies in the container, heated pancakes, and expired yogurt that was it that was breakfast smh being on the road for 7 days we didn’t expect much the nights we stopped but this was disappointing considering the price we paid.
