My stay last July was so much better. The room I had this time was very outdated. I was on the 2nd floor and the breakfast was all carbs and nothing gluten free. Shower so outdated I didn’t even use. People are very nice though.

Staff was great. Maddie at the front desk is always pleasant and courteous. We reserved 2 rooms and both were very cold. We turned on the heater and the room did not warm until around 4:00 in the morning. The shower water was cold in the morning.

The staff was friendly, but I had a bad experience because the water was out for many hours. The elevator entrance on the third floor was freezing cold. The pool needs more maintenance; the ceiling needs a good paint job and the windows need cleaning. All the guests should have received a partial refund for the inconvenience caused by the almost 24-hour water shortage. Honestly, I don't think I'll stay at that hotel again; it was a bad experience.

One star only this time because we ended up not staying. The water was shut off-out of the hands of the hotel- due to frozen water pipes. The front desk staff woman was friendly and understanding. We will be back again. My wife and our puppies love the queue for convenient location decent breakfast and always clean rooms. We’re looking forward to the pool opening back up soon!
