Location was ideal for accessing Rio Rancho/Corrales family. The house seems to be in the midst of an update but everything was clean. The house has ample space to spread out. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. 4 minute walk to Starbucks. Plenty of towels, lots of hot water and comfortable beds were a plus.

Listing is not accurate/misrepresented.. Property mgr did not disclose that there is a casita in the backyard that has occupants and that there’s a Master bedroom that’s also occupied. We had to ask all these from the property mgr. The property is listed as allowing pets which is the reason we booked the place. So now we couldn’t stay there not knowing if other occupants has pets but with all the other occupants this will not work for us. We tried to communicate this to the mgr and not really received any help.
