Villa DellAcqua is a charming retreat near the beach, where comfort and beauty blend seamlessly to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. With its 140 square meters, the villa can accommodate up to 6 guests, offering elegant and harmonious spaces for a perfect vacation.
Outside, a spacious veranda invites you to share unforgettable moments with your loved ones. A refined wooden table, paired with a practical BBQ, is the ideal spot to enjoy Sicilian dishes surrounded by the magic of the Mediterranean climate. The infinity pool, with its
sun loungers and outdoor shower, welcomes you to cool off on hot summer days, all while enjoying breathtaking views of the gulf. For added convenience, there is an outdoor shower with hot water and a dedicated area with a washing machine.
Inside, the villa opens into a bright open-plan space that combines the air-conditioned living room with a fully equipped kitchen. Here, you can easily prepare delicious Sicilian meals. From the adjoining terrace, you can admire spectacular sunsets over the sea, a truly poetic moment.
The sleeping area is a haven of serenity, featuring three air-conditioned bedrooms designed to provide maximum comfort. The master bedroom with a sea-view terrace offers unforgettable awakenings, while the second double bedroom and the room with bunk beds ensure cozy spaces for all guests. For added flexibility, the living room includes a comfortable double sofa bed, perfect for those seeking an additional option or preferring to sleep separately. Two complete bathrooms, elegant and functional, guarantee comfort and privacy for everyone.

During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire property and all its features, ensuring a comfortable and private holiday experience.
Upon your arrival, you will find everything you need for a short holiday. For a comfortable stay with small children (upon request), we can also provide you with a baby cot and a highchair suitable for babies from 0 to 3 years old.
You will also be provided with a detailed guide with useful information on the villa and the surrounding area at your disposal, and my wife and I will always be available to assist with any needs or questions you may have. We can also offer additional services such as private boat tours, local wine tastings with vineyard tours, horseback riding in the countryside, bus tours with a professional guide, or a private chef service at the villa to make your holiday unforgettable.
Since the onset of COVID-19 (coronavirus), we have implemented significant changes to our service, including enhancing the tools available to our cleaning team. We also collaborate with one of the best companies in the region for the supply and cleaning of bed, bath, and beach linens that use only EU ECOLABEL products, which are recognized and certified at the European level. All these measures are in place to ensure a safe environment for you and your loved ones.
To comply with current regulations, all guests, including minors, must complete the mandatory registration before arrival.
Submission of identity documents: Each guest must provide a valid document (ID Card, Passport, or Driver’s License).
Online identity verification: The system includes a guest recognition process before access.
Access code reception: The entry code for the villa will be sent only after the registration process is completed.
Tourist tax: It will be automatically calculated based on the number of nights booked and can be paid online at the end of the check-in process. The tax applies for a maximum of 5 days for guests aged 14 and older.
