Nestled in nearly 200 sqm of space, spread across two thoughtfully designed levels, surrounded by well-organized outdoor areas, and ample parking perfect for up to three cars, villa DellOmbra comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, offering the ideal environment for those wishing to dive into the Sicilian atmosphere and lifestyle.
Upon entering the ground floor, you will be welcomed by a spacious air-conditioned living room, enhanced by a 65-inch smart TV with a wide range of satellite channels, next to a fully equipped kitchen that showcases the rustic charm of Sicily. This kitchen leads to a practical laundry room with a pantry, enhancing the villa's functionality. An air-conditioned double bedroom, equipped with a private TV and an en-suite bathroom, provides the perfect accommodation for elderly guests or those with mobility limitations, ensuring comfort and convenience for all.
Ascending to the first floor reveals three additional air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with its own TV, a bathroom with a shower, and a small terrace overlooking the sea.
Outside, the villa features a comfortable and spacious covered veranda with seating and a large wooden table, ideal for memorable and convivial evenings under the warm Sicilian sky. An adjacent outdoor kitchen, equipped with stoves, a pizza oven, and BBQ, invites you to prepare and enjoy delicious outdoor meals.

During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire property and all its features, ensuring a comfortable and private holiday experience.
Upon your arrival, you will find everything you need for a short holiday. For a comfortable stay with small children (upon request), we can also provide you with a baby cot and a highchair suitable for babies from 0 to 3 years old.
You will also be provided with a detailed guide with useful information on the villa and the surrounding area at your disposal, and my wife and I will always be available to assist with any needs or questions you may have. We can also offer additional services such as private boat tours, local wine tastings with vineyard tours, horseback riding in the countryside, bus tours with a professional guide, or a private chef service at the villa to make your holiday unforgettable.
Since the onset of COVID-19 (coronavirus), we have implemented significant changes to our service, including enhancing the tools available to our cleaning team. We also collaborate with one of the best companies in the region for the supply and cleaning of bed, bath, and beach linens that use only EU ECOLABEL products, which are recognized and certified at the European level. All of these measures are in place to ensure a safe environment for you and your loved ones.
To comply with current regulations, all guests, including minors, must complete the mandatory registration before arrival.
Submission of identity documents: Each guest must provide a valid document (ID Card, Passport, or Driver’s License).
Online identity verification: The system includes a guest recognition process before access.
Access code reception: The entry code for the villa will be sent only after the registration process is completed.
Tourist tax: It will be automatically calculated based on the number of nights booked and can be paid online at the end of the check-in process. The tax applies for a maximum of 5 days for guests aged 14 and older.
