This villa is located on the lower part of the complex and offers our guests a large car park, a large private pool with wooden shed on the east side, a covered veranda, a heated shower next to the pool and a wooden barricade with gate for the safety of your children. Inside it is composed of 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms, a bedroom with two single beds, two large bathrooms with shower and a large air-conditioned living room with kitchenette where there is also a comfortable double sofa bed to accommodate two more people. Guests can access the villa through an electronic gate that leads to a large parking area. This area is also a common area, but only for the passage, with another apartment placed on the highest part of the entire structure. The villa enjoys a strategic position as it is just 1 km from the junction of the A29 Palermo - Mazada Del Vallo motorway. You will find supermarkets and shopping centers, supply, bar pizzerias just 3 km from the villa.
