Fantastic Mediterranean house (120m.) Decorated with a ratan style. The plot (300m.) Is individual and is located 100 meters from the beach. The house has free parking. Very good climate zone. It has a natural garden with trees, plants and a large barbecue. The villa is part of the Serramar urbanization where we can practice sports and leisure (pool, paddle, football and tennis) in the community area.
During your stay at this chalet, you're just a quick walk from Platja del Codonyol. Features include laundry facilities.
