This beautiful and tranquil rural setting, surrounded by stunning mountains, offers three double bedrooms and one shower room with WC and sink. The villa features an open-plan lounge, dining room, and kitchen. French doors from the lounge open to a garden room, which can also be used as a bedroom. The recently modernized, single-level villa is air-conditioned throughout.



There is an outdoor room with a sink and WC, mainly used when enjoying the pool area. There are plans to convert this space into a shower room in the near future.



The property boasts four areas for dining, relaxing, or entertaining, including two barbecue areas. The outdoor kitchen area is equipped with a pizza oven, fridge, sink, and barbecue. The beautiful gardens are home to avocado, fig, orange, and apple trees, as well as an abundance of hanging grapes.



At the bottom of the garden, a summerhouse offers a sofa and bed if needed, and is tastefully decorated with air conditioning.



The large pool and jacuzzi provide breathtaking mountain views from all around the property.



Casa Eden is located about an hour from Malaga airport, with a scenic drive that includes 30 minutes on the motorway and 30 minutes through picturesque villages. The nearest white village, Alcaucin, is a lovely 45-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away, featuring three bars/restaurants, two small supermarkets, a bank, chemist, a small hotel, and a playground.



The village of Puente don Manuel is a 10-minute drive from the villa and offers several restaurants, bars, a supermarket, DIY store, and a variety of international cuisine options.



The Tajeda mountains are just a 10-minute drive away, while the beach, water park, and golf course are approximately 30 minutes from the property. Torre del Mar features a wide selection of beachfront restaurants and a large shopping center. Nerja is another 15 minutes from Torre del Mar, and Marbella is about an hour and a half away by car.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of The Sierras of Tejeda, Almijara & Alhama. Features include a hot tub. A private pool and a patio are available in the vacation home.
