Cozy holiday home on the idyllic, car-free island of Lille Kalvøy in Ellingsøyfjord. Here you live far away from the noise and the hustle and bustle of the city and can simply let the soul in nature dangle! The owner will pay for NOK 1,000, - (for round trip, payable locally) the transport to the island on arrival and departure. For the other days, a boat can be reserved in advance. The house was refreshed in 2017 inside color and stands on a small hill, some with views towards the coast. There are three living areas and a separate kitchen. DAB radio and WLAN available. The equipment in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms is simple and functional. Outside, large lawn with some fruit trees and berry bushes. The environment is rural, the island car-free and therefore very quiet. For shopping one sets by boat over to the mainland. No shop but a small restaurant / pub on the island. Shallow beach only about 350 m from the house. The owner lives temporarily the neighboring house, about 40 m further. Leisure room in the basement of the house, with darts and table tennis. Grass area for outdoor games. The city of Ålesund is known for its buildings in the typical Art Nouveau style. From the city park 418 steps lead up to the Fjellstua with restaurant and wonderful view! Other destinations within easy reach for day trips: Atlanterhavsparken in Ålesund, the place Geiranger, the bird cliffs of Runde, the glacier Briksdalsbreen in Olden or the panoramic Trollstigen. The distance from the holiday home to the boat mooring is about 350 m. Covered fillet bank with light and running water present. Life jackets are included when renting a boat.
