I have been staying here at Budget inn for many months while trying to remodel my house. I stayed at several other hotels in this area before coming here and i find budget inn to not only be affordable but very comfortable. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist you in any way possible... i recommend giving them a try if you are in need of a room.

BEWARE! I arrived to check in to a non smoking room that was booked specifically as non smoking and the receptionist tried to upcharge me ninety five for a non smoking room, then tried to reduce that upcharge to fifty when I refused to hand over an extra ninety five for what was already reserved and paid for beforehand. According to the receptionist there was no manager available to speak with as the hotel is owned by someone who resides outside of the USA. Property grounds were not maintained, lots of people loitering around and asking for money in the parking lot. I wound up leaving and driving 8 hours back home that evening vice staying. I stay in hotels across the USA 156 to 208 nights a year and that was by far the worst in over two years I've been to and may very well be the worst all together...
