nice place, close to shopping facilities, clean, and good service. Terrible Wifi however, you can't get any access in your room. Would still stay here again however.

The customer relations staff are excellent and the reception staff are helpful. Improvements suggestions: 1. Allow late checkout e.g 4pm. Currently operate a strict policy - must checkout by12pm. 2. Allow part refund if guest don't stay the night. E.g use room only for a few hours due to uncontrollable circumstances. 3. Match ebookers price when guest extend stay. 4. Remove charges for use of meeting room by guests. 5. Develop a business centre (not just dining room style tables and chairs curently available in an open area) 6. Photocopies/printing at 4.00 EGP is expensive. 2 mins walk from hotel government department offer service at 1.15 EGP pr page. 7. View is not good thus room rate to reflect this. 8. Very difficult to locate, suggest street signs or other markering tools. 9. If guest don't have dinner or breakfast then remove charge. 10. Please procide coffee/tea free with meals/breakfast - currently chargeable at extortionate rates. 11. Guests visitors meals are charged at 395 EGP per person (open buffet) - this is very expensive a d without coffee/tea. 12. Develop a gym. Currenltt no gym or swimming pool. 13. Lastly, Internet is a big problem at the hotel- hardly connects or too too slow.
