Right off the highway, so we were able to leave and return really easily. Also the staff was very nice and accomidating with providing me a toothbrush and toothpaste when i forgot mine. The breakfast was outstanding the whole time!!!!

Going Up???

Check in was quick and easy. Service was great. Only problem were the elevators. Over a 4 night stay. When we checked in one of the elevators were down by the time we checked out both elevators were down. When you have 8+ floors... that is unacceptable.

We had a late check-in and had to call ahead to make sure that I room would still be available when we arrive. The front desk staff was amazing in making sure that my room was block and already checked-in to speed up the process when we arrived. Breakfast was hot and plenty.

Fortunately there was a brewery of fine quality a 15-20min walk away or five minute drive away. Inconsistent breakfast time enforcement. Pool was advertised but was not a thing. Hotel room carpet had minuscule sharp pieces of tile or something in the carpet. Bathroom door at the floor was rotted. Side walk was on the other side of the busy af street. I made do, but will not return.

The young lady at the front desk, Emily, was fantastic. They had a slight hiccup with the elevators and she quickly came up with a room on the ground floor. She was very helpful helping us find a restaurant. BUT... The bath tub doesn't drain well. I'd recommend this hotel to others and we'd stay here again.

Convenient off the highway

Emily at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. Hotel is right off the highway which is convenient but it also means there is nothing to walk to. one of the elevators was out of order which was inconvenient. Oddly there was no soap dish in the shower.
