Room not cleaned to detail. Stains on desk, AC unit was weird. Supposed to be thermostat on the wall, but had to manipulate the controls on the unit to get it on and off.

It was horrible- from the stinky odor when we walked in the room, filthy handicap shower (which we did not request), dirty carpet, curtains. No closet!, lumpy bed! Not a good experience AT ALL!

The staff and their family would eat complementary breakfast in the morning while wearing their pajamas. The kids ran up and down the halls, and many tenants smoked marijuana in their rooms, so the smoke and smell filled the rooms.

Horrific Weekend

When we arrived they only had ONE of our Double beds available and the only other room that they had available was a KING. So we were on different floors and after we received the keys that DID NOT work they changed our 2nd room to a KING. So we agreed to the king and went to the room and it looked like someone had laid in the bed. But we UNPACKED anyway but after we UNPACKED the desk clerk told us that they gave us the wrong room. So we packed our luggage and moved to another king suites. We didn’t have enough towels in one of the rooms, bathtub was dirty, no iron and on the to check out. I pulled the covers back and the comforter had blood on it. I talked to the manager and she supposedly give me a discount for all of the inconvenience. But when we checked out the desk clerk didn’t have a clue what I was talking about.

When I pulled up, it was kids outside fighting in the parking lot, I had just got off the road and when I went to check in it was a fast process. But when I went to the room, everything about the room yelled it had not been cleaned in a LONG TIME! The toilet was stained with rings of scum around the toilet. Someone came and poured cleaning product in the toilet and left it. The tub was stained and so dirty, the bedding was never changed, hairs were all over the bed, the curtains had stained. The carpet had big dark stains, and the dust on the side of the table was so thick, it could have never been cleaned in that room, I ran out immediately after taking my pictures and went to the front desk to complain. She said this employee who supposedly cleaned my room had been having these issues about cleaning, just glad I was able to find somewhere else to go. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL OR THIS AREA TO STAY IN!

Checked in around 11pm , the manager or staff was nice and friendly. On the way to my room ; hallway appeared to be unclean along with other parts of the hotel . After arriving to my room I noticed how unclean the room was from the bathroom to the bedsheets. The tub displayed a discolored ruin from a constant water drip that didn’t stop, the sofa was dirty and the bed skirting had whitish spots at the bottom . I was able to go down stairs notify the staff who immediately apologized and gave me another room ! When I stepped in this room the bedding was wrinkled like someone was just laying on it , the tv was already on and there pillows were like balled up on the bed ! I slept fully dressed with joggers and a hoodie because I felt that uncomfortable. The room was $90 and I checked out at 5:40am . I honestly think I should have kept my money and slept in my vehicle; I definitely will not recommend or go back here ! This was completely unexpected!

Disappointed

Not too happy with this property. Waited approx 5 minutes till greeted at front desk and the clerk was rude, like it was a hassle to check us in. The room was ok, short on bath towels and wash cloths. On my 3rd night there the keys wouldn't work, i go to the FD and while other people were in the lobby the clerk after having my ID in hand says on the computer he was on so what room was i in? I didn't feel comfortable in front of other people saying my room number but he said that was the only way of knowing due to the computer he was on was messed up. I feel this is a security issue.
