The food was cold during breakfast and the worker was in her pajamas. The music was blasting and the smell of marjunia hit you in the face walking into the hotel. Our room was filthy, hair dryer broken, light switches broken, window latches non existent, and the smell of cigarettes were overwhelming!!

Our first night i got a room where it looked like it was already being used , the shower was cold even on full blast hot and lights were out ,the second night we changed rooms where it was a tad better than the first but we woke up to bugs on covers and we walk down to leave and get breakfast where the worker was in the room sleep.

Staff is awesome. With noisey neighbors they moved us into a room where we could get some sleep. This was an average stay- one room did not have heat- the room we stayed in the TV wouldnt turn off so we just muted it. They moved us twice- the third room worked. This hotel is right next to the train tracks, so that also had alot of noise. Once we were moved to the front of the hotel- no more train noise or loud neighbors.

Dana at the front desk made checking in a breeze, the luggage cart had little handles for bags that was different from other hotels I've stayed at so that was awesome, and the room is spacious and had both a fridge and microwave in the king suite.... I used the fitness center each day and the breakfasts each morning was delicious, truly looking forward to my next stay soon.

No refrigerator no coffee machine in room but it has coffee in it and the toilet had permanent brown ring around it, and so did the shower.
