This apartment is a seafront apartment in the downtown of alexandria next to all touristic places. It is located in an place called miami island Once the booking is confirmed, I will send you all the details about accessing the building and instructions for receiving the keys. The check-in process is simple: when you arrive, I’ll meet you at the building entrance, hand you the keys personally, show you around the apartment, and make sure everything is perfectly ready. If your arrival time changes, just send me a message and I’ll adjust the timing immediately.
The apartment is on the 12th floor, offering a direct view of the sea with a beautiful open panorama. The balcony gives you sweeping views of the Corniche and the Mediterranean. The building is modern and clean, with a well-maintained lobby, two elevators, and 24-hour security.
The apartment itself is fully equipped: new furnishings, high-speed internet, a smart TV, air conditioning in all rooms, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you might need. Cleanliness is guaranteed 100%.
The area around the apartment is excellent. The street next to the building is Khaled Ibn Al-Walid Street, one of the most famous and vibrant streets in Alexandria, where you can find everything you could imagine—from small shops to restaurants. It’s also a very nice place for walking and exploring.
The apartment is also very close to Bir Masoud, one of the most beautiful spots to walk along the sea, and just a few minutes by car to Stanley Bridge, one of the city’s most famous landmarks.
For seafood lovers, Al-Katta’a Fish Market is nearby—famous for fresh, high-quality fish. Parking is available right in front of the building.
For a more relaxed seaside experience, Gleem Bay is just a few minutes by car along the Corniche. The area has cafes and restaurants right on the beach, making it a perfect place to sit, relax, and listen to the waves in the evening.
Since this is your first time visiting Alexandria, there are several nearby places worth exploring:
