The property was NASTY!!! It was dirty, had my granddaughter with me and she couldn't rest due to the continued screaming, banging of people coming by knocking at the door!!!! This place should be shut down

This place was awful, trash, broken glass, drug paraphernalia in parking lot. Room had a hole in the wall, curtain to outside had a hole in it where people could see in. Staff was nice but, I will never stay here again.

Never again!

We walked in the room, and stayed ten minutes while we called another place to stay. The room had a very distinct bad smell, the beds looked like prison beds, the room was dirty, and an old coffee cup with coffee in it was still in the fridge. When I went to check out about 20 minutes later, the front desk person said they hadn’t checked that room yet. Never again!

Welcoming to Travelers

Welcoming to travelers. I always feel like family when I stay here. Staff are well acquainted with their guests & take the time to get to know new ones. There is close parking near your room with well-lit parking lots. Security cameras always on. It's also child-friendly. Very professional people & the service is always great! You can look forward to a hot cup of coffee on a cold day.

My problem is about the quality of the hotel. It does not look like the pictures at all. It was extremely scary and old and worn out. The bedspreads were torn. There was only one pack of toilet paper. The water tap was loose and could have been worse. It did not make us feel comfortable at all. Only the TV and refrigerator seemed new and were of no use to us. Just Staff were friendly
