Hosting two bedrooms; a double, and a twin, along with a bathroom, and a ground floor shower room, this property can sleep up to four people. Inside you will also find a kitchen, utility, and a lounge/diner. To the outside is off-road parking for two cars, and an enclosed garden with lawn, gravelled area, and patio. Resting in a charming location with pleasant rural views, Owl's Roost is a wonderful retreat in a peaceful part of England.

Alford is a market town in Lincolnshire and offers a range of shops. Markets take place throughout the year, the most famous being the Christmas markets. Alford is known for its Grade 1 listed working windmill and Alford Manor House, and there are plenty of walking and cycling routes. Within 30 mins, you will find the seaside resorts of Skegness and Mablethorpe. Lincolnshire. For something different, why not visit the towns of Louth or Horncastle.
