This modern villa is located on the road to Ile Rousse in Calvi, 2 minutes from Algajola, its beaches and shops.
It has a very beautiful view on the sea, the gulf of Algajola and its village, on the mountain side it has the view on the old villages of Aregno and San Antonino.
It has a surface of 160 m ², a terrace of 110 m ² with swimming pool of 9 x 4,5 m and is situated on a ground of 3000 m ² raised and fenced.
Inside the villa you will find:
1° - On the second floor (accessible by car) :
- A fully equipped American kitchen opening onto the terrace and swimming pool.
- A laundry room with a washing machine and ironing facilities.
- A large dining room / living room of 50 m² with large windows overlooking the terrace and pool and view of Ile Rousse.
-Three bedrooms:
Bedroom I = the master suite with a 160 x 200 cm bed, its dressing room and its bathroom with corner bath and WC.
Room 2 = 1 bed in 160 x 200 cm, with large wall cupboards.
Room 3 = 2 beds in 90 cm, with large wall cupboards.
- A shower room with Italian shower.
- An independent WC.
In the corridor leading to the rooms again large wall cupboards.
The living room includes a "rapido" sofa, sleeping 140 cm for two people.
