The hotel is very nice & the staff is friendly. We booked breakfast included, but due to Covid-19, no buffet could be provided. The staff provided us with a box of breakfast every morning which was very good, but everyday the same items. We would have liked a bit of a mix up sometimes. However this is the only negative point we could think of. All in all a very pleasant experience!

Central location was the only positive note with this hotel The negatives include unwelcoming staff, wanting to charge €15 for early check in even though the room was ready and we arrived an hour before check in. There was a smell in the room and dirty showers. We booked in for two nights but decided to check out after 1 night and went to Albufeira instead. Overall opinion is to avoid staying this hotel.

Nice hotel just outside the old town

Pros: Location

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights for a long weekend, and it did not disappoint. Being one of the few hotels in Faro which offers reasonable rates, the hotel is conveniently situated just outside the Old Town and shopping area, meaning that all amenities and major sights are within walking distance. The hotel supplies a selection of toiletries and also a hair-dryer in the bathroom; the cleanliness of the room was good. There is some noise if you are facing the main road, as there are numerous bars and restaurants near by so if you are a light sleeper, ask for a room higher up, or facing away from the road.

Cental hotel close to the port and old town

As a solo traveller I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Helpful staff grrat location and value for money Close to all amenities and very safe. Would return again.
