The structure

The modern and elegant apartment offers a terrace overlooking the sea where you can enjoy your meals in the open air; it is equipped with air conditioning and fast wi-fi connection. Inside it opens into an open-plan living area furnished with a bookcase, a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV on the wall, a kitchen equipped with microwave and dishwasher, fridge and kettle and cooking equipment to ensure a worry-free stay. All the equipment, both in the kitchen and in the bathroom, is electrically powered without the use of gas and open flames.

Location.
The apartment is located a stone\'s throw from the Bousquet promenade, the Lido beach and the port; the historic center with its Gothic-Catalan architecture and the fortified part can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Guests can explore the historic sites, including the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception with its distinctive bell tower, and stroll through the narrow, winding streets that intersect to form a labyrinth or walk along the ramparts with splendid views of the port and the gulf dominated by Capo Caccia.

Restaurants, cafes and shops, ATMs and supermarkets are just a few minutes\' walk away, as are bike and motorbike rental services and buses to the city and further beaches.

The bus stop to and from the airport is just a few metres from the apartment.

The local beach, Lido di Alghero, 150 metres away is perfect for swimming and sunbathing with approximately 1.5 km of golden sand and crystal clear, shallow waters. Lido di Alghero is also ideal for windsurfing, kite surfing and paddle surfing. Beach lovers will also appreciate Maria Pia (5 minutes\' drive) and Bombarde beach (13 minutes\' drive).
A short boat ride from Alghero, Neptune\'s Grotto (30 minutes\' drive) is a mesmerising cave complex with breathtaking stalactite and stalagmite formations. Visitors can reach the cave via guided boat tours or by descending a steep staircase. For those who enjoy nature adventures, the cliffs of Capo Caccia (35 minutes\' drive) offer hiking trails with breathtaking views. The nearest airport to the property is Fertilia (AHO), about 10 minutes\' drive away.
