Nestled on a hillside just outside Alghero, only 3km from the town centre, Villa Julia features a swimming pool with breathtaking sea views.
Villa Julia retains its original furnishings, offering an authentic and homely atmosphere with spectacular views. The interior spaces are bright and spacious.
The villa is all on one floor and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower.

Outside, a large shaded gazebo with sea views, furnished with outdoor furniture next to the barbecue, will be the place you'll remember long after your holiday.
From the villa, the sea is less than 150 metres away, reached via a path through the Mediterranean scrubland leading to the shore just below the property, which features flat white rocks and a stunning turquoise sea.
This is one of the most prestigious stretches of coastline along the entire Coral Riviera. A car is required to get around. The property is fenced with private parking.
